No. You will only see unfollows which occurred after you signed up and connected your social network account. We start tracking from the moment you connect.

We check your connected accounts regularly throughout the day to detect new unfollowers as quickly as possible. The exact frequency depends on each platform's API limitations.

Currently, you can connect one account per platform. If you need to track multiple accounts, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Yes! Send your platform requests to contact@unfollow.io and we will consider adding support. We prioritize platforms based on user demand.

Yes, absolutely. We never see your password. We use OAuth, an industry-standard protocol that allows you to authorize Unfollow.io to access your follower data without sharing your password. You can revoke access at any time from your social network's settings.

To delete your account, sign in and click the "Delete My Account" button at the bottom of your settings page. Alternatively, contact us at contact@unfollow.io and we'll handle it for you.
